Course Participant Feedback
Ranika was a really great person for me during the CaRMS process. Before working with her, I did not know much about how CaRMS works or how to write personal letters. She explained the whole process step by step and made everything much clearer for me.
Her group class was amazing. It was 6 perfect sessions, very well organized and clearly classified. Each session had a clear structure and specific goals, which made the learning process easy to follow.
With her guidance, I was able to write my personal letters properly and also build and organize my CV in a strong way. She was very supportive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. Because of her help, I felt much more confident in my application. I am truly grateful for her support and guidance during this important time.

Summer Course Participant Feedback:
I had the privilege of preparing for my PRA interviews with my mentor, Ranika, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Throughout my four group sessions, Ranika shared updated materials and resources with me and helped me improve my answers, structure my responses, and strengthen my communication skills. She always provided feedback politely and respectfully, explaining what to say, how to say it, and how to approach different types of interview questions. She also taught us important ethical principles and showed us how to apply them effectively in MMI scenarios.
In the two PRA interviews I have attended so far, there were no unexpected surprises. I felt well prepared, knew how to approach the questions, and was able to answer with confidence. Both interviews went very well, and I give Ranika a great deal of credit for preparing me so thoroughly.
I have worked with other mentors, but I found Ranika exceptionally professional, humble, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to her candidates’ success. Her support extended beyond interview preparation. She regularly checked on our confidence, morale, and emotional well-being before and after the interviews. Her personal connection and sincere encouragement made the entire journey much more positive. She has been helping IMGs match through CaRMS and Practice Ready programs for more than 10 years, and that is reflected in her coaching.
I truly enjoyed preparing with Ranika and would strongly recommend her to anyone preparing for their Practice Ready Assessment interview. She is an outstanding mentor and truly one of the best.
