With the CaRMS rank-order deadline approaching on February 19, this workshop is designed to support IMG candidates as they prepare to finalize their rankings. We will review how the ranking process works, key factors to consider when ordering programs, and common misconceptions that can add unnecessary stress. The session will also briefly touch on what to expect for the second iteration.
